Since its opening in 1923, Michigan State has won 70% of its games played in Spartan Stadium. The Spartans hosted their 500th game at Spartan Stadium on Oct. 12, 2013, and it was against Indiana on Homecoming.
Season-ticket sales have topped the 60,000-mark eight times in Spartan football history. Their all-time record was at 63,831 season tickets purchased in 2012. MSU sold 61,931 season tickets for the 2014 season, which was the second-most in school history.
